We’ve been busy, well, fixing vehicles and such, and haven’t posted in a while. We came across this article and thought it was very good from the very start. Every customer who gives us a ring knows more than we may ever know about the vehicle, and letting us know in your own words can be quite helpful. Often we get to the solution quicker which ultimately saves you money. Also, the fifth point can be crucial to fixing your vehicle as well. We do our best work when we have the space and time to focus. We want your vehicle running as best as it can, and that requires us to give it our full attention.
